my case is similar. They visited my home in April 2024, and a year after I made a congressional inquiry. they sent me a NOID and I responded, now it’s been 3 months and no update.

@Suhyb Al-wedyan You might need to sue USCIS but you need to be far out of processing times.

the officer gave me a paper “your case held for more review…”
Suhyb Al-wedyanSep 16, 2025

I got a paper from them also , then they sent for a rfe@Suhyb Al-wedyan , did your lawyer try to contact them to see what’s the hold up?
Kingsley BSep 19, 2025
@Suhyb Al-wedyan Not sure if you knew about how to check processing times. I am attaching a link for you. It says the soonest you can start asking is April 29, 2026. To sue them you will need to be beyond this date. Each field office has different processing times. I am very sorry you are going through this. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
You need to select from the drop down menus and then after that there will be another spot where you can add you receipt date of your application which is September 8, 2023 based on the info I can see.
