Long wait times
Hey VAWA family, hope you all are hanging in there. I have been waiting still, almost 2 years now and I know I may have long to go. I just want to move on with my life and move on from this immigration process. I know many have been waiting very long and it can be so frustrating. Comment how soon did you all take to receive you i360 approval?

mind exactly 2 years completed now. and have to go lol further,.,., hope for the best. I know it’s really frustrating. never give up.

Mine was 18 months to get approved.
I applied Sep 2021 and got approved March 2023.
April they moved my case do NBC and asked for my medicals. I sent in July. I was in removal proceedings but my lawyer terminated the removal in November with dhs help.
Now I’m just waiting for maybe an interview or approval.
I know is very frustrating but hand on tight, it will happen! ❤️

I filed May 2022 and I pray I will see approval for 2024. All the best to you guys for 2024! May 2024 be the year of approvals and many congratulations, amen 🙏🏽

3 years for 360 approval. Not too mention the wait now for the green card

@Shanice blue yes! this was back in 2019 cause I applied for a visa extension and they denied. since was trump government because of this I was put in removal. but thank God is over 🙌🏻

@C D wow thank God! correct me if I’m wrong but is removal the same as when they give you 33days or so to leave the country if your application is denied?

@Shanice blue no, they first sent me a letter to leave the country in a certain amount of days, I received this letter 1 day before my wedding and my ex told me to calm down cause everything will be all right since we were getting married, but 4 months later I’ve received a letter from the court telling me to present myself before the judge to explain the reasons why I should stay in the country, but a lot happened in my life after this, plus the pandemic but God is good and finally things are working out.

it took me 3 years for the approval of I-360. I know vawa process is waiting game but yours is almost there so please hang tight!
