Log in CEAC, after wait 3days activated account
Hi everybody ! Can someone help me why I can not log in CEAC account after waiting for 3 days (72hours) as the email they told me (wait the system activated my account). Did I need continue waiting (today is the 4th day since received the email notice) or ask (require) them? I don’t know how to contact them via phone or email. Thank you.

same thing happening to me. i got my email monday. till now i cannot access it

@s t : I search on another website someone said maybe the system still not updated NVC case number and I we need to keep log in another time. Anyway I already send require to NVC this morning. How about you ?

@patrick i have also submitted an inquiry two days back. as these things just delay the process even more for no reason

mine is still not working. which browser are you using? i put in the case number and invoice number but it still gives error. also what date did you get your welcome letter?

July 11,2022 I got welcome letter via email, I used smart phone and laptop to login!
