try at 8am .. and keep writing live agent in chat till you get one ..they usually respond once and chat is cut .. plus i have had 2 different responses in 2 days so i dont trust what they say 🤷‍♂️

You can call them with the 1-800-xxxx service center number that’s mentioned in the RFE or transfer letter. When the automated voice ask you what you want, you say “Infopass appointment”. then the automated voice will ask you to tell your receipt number or A number and then you wait for the agent to talk. generally you wait 15 minutes or so.
