I got the same answer today. hopefully they check soon those documents they say it need to be reviewed and then get an answer.

@Adrian P thank you, I didnt know that. it worked. I asked about my pending i485 this what they responded “ Case is marked as Interview Waived.
Processing time is 16 months. Your case is processing normally. The earliest you can submit questions is July 04, 2024. Your case is at the HOUSTON FIELD OFFICE”

How many months/years should pass after submitting AOS to consider chatting with Emma or talking to a live agent to receive any update?

@G M M I asked i want to know that how long will it take to make a decision on my case and is everything ok with my case because since 4 months my status is showing case is being actively reviewed
