Let’s accept, USCIS is f*cked up 🤦🏻
a lot of routine things can be fixed with Ai, but they’re still using FAX for communications between departments. it’s 21 century, guys 🤷🏼‍♂️everything could be muuuch faster, much cheaper and lees stressful for people.

they don't care enough to make those changes,is the sad truth
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
lol the fact that I have to send them documents from their own government proves that they have this stuff all wrong. it’s absolutely insane how inefficient they are. that’s government though
Da nielMay 1, 2024
haha and the funnest part is that you have to print them and send the physical copy. @w s their processes are soo old.
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
@Da niel yea. send it through USPS that doesn’t actually deliver packages.
John SmithMay 1, 2024
I thought they were still using homing pigeons for communication so there’s progress 😂
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
@John Smith I literally just said to someone else “sounds like they sent a pigeon to find your case” lol. it’s so true
Da nielMay 1, 2024
@w s hahahaah
John SmithMay 1, 2024
@w s see 😁great minds think alike… I’m tired of their archaic systems and how they don’t care about specific applications. I really doubt they take people’s lives and stress into consideration…. our applications just sit somewhere waiting for one of them to eventually look at it… and if your assigned agent is about to retire well good luck!
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
@John Smith exactly. they really don’t care yet it’s our entire lives at stake here. I am living legally with my American family and I’ve just got so much anxiety around this.
John SmithMay 1, 2024
@w s definitely, like I’ve been here for almost 10 years… and have everything here
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
@John Smith same. I came on my first visa in 2014… American husband and two children together. sigh
Da nielMay 1, 2024
but think about it … they’re getting the text files … who’s in IT knows that it’s soo easy to optimize the work. this application that don’t have issues should be approved immediately . they don’t need a human to read this info that can be checked by a computer @John Smith @w s
w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸May 1, 2024
@Da niel but then all the government jobs that would be lost… LOL. they are not going for that at all
John SmithMay 1, 2024
I agree they could optimize certain aspects of their jobs but because of frauds you still need a second pair of eyes to adjudicate the applications, otherwise you would have anybody being approved no matter what based on basic rules… the work balance is also not fair… approving 30k I-765, thousands of I-485/130 per week and then when it comes to I-751 it’s nearly 200 applications….

It’s amazing everyone wants to come to the US, but then bash the same country they are so desperately trying to get into. If you don’t like the process, then move to another country.
Da nielMay 2, 2024
@rb br country and government processes are 2 different things. I assume you’ve moved to the US not a long time ago
John SmithMay 2, 2024
@Da niel agreed! the system is broken and nobody wants to fix it… and I love the country, by saying what’s wrong is it something that upsets you or disturbs you? you almost sound like villagers in any countries commenting about immigration and this and that, if you don’t like it then go back… man you’re an immigrant too dont add up to the existing bullshit that makes a place toxic…
John SmithMay 2, 2024
any other countries I’ve been living in are more respectful in regards to immigration processes… you live in the country, contribute to the economy and have a good moral character is enough to approve you in a decent timely manner… and for your personal record I’m not desperate… and not everybody wants to come… look for example there’s no border up north… Canadians don’t rush here
John SmithMay 2, 2024
I’m assuming you’re the sponsor to say these things…
