@Lena EB1-A it's much easier to redo medical then prep and re submit a whole case :)) I also sent a service request 2 weeks ago with a WTF type of question:)) but for the last service request I sen on February it took 5 month to them to answer. complete mess :((

@Lena EB1-A they didn't revoke and I finally got approval after 1.5years of waiting and I still have 6 month on my l1 left , because it was approved on the filing date not on on the actual approval date

update: we got an case movement - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. any ideas how long it could take to schedule it ?
