when did you petition for i-130? how long did it take you to get accepted?

I did in Sep 13th 2021 and they sent approval in December 2022 then documentary qualified on Feb 2023 now just waiting for an interview it’s been more than 5 months

anyone knows someone in Lebanon who got an interview ???

did you get im touch with the embassy? do you have a lawyer handeling your case?

I did email nvc and the embassy also but both say the same thing that now there is so much delay so we can’t do anything just we have to wait for the interview. and yes I have someone who is handling my case . he said now it’s taking between 5 to 7 months to get the interview. hopefully next month we hear something.
