Has anyone gotten the update stating “Case is still being processed by USCIS” what does that really mean? just curious!!

me too. Logged in to check it out, nothing changed. I’m guessing this is the monthly updates that they were talking about where once per month they send updates on your case

@Resilient Robin oh yes it is. I saw that before my case was approved. Every month they will be updates on cases

I 130 case filed March 22 2024 approved June 5 2025 and case was sent to the department of state on June 9

@Mrs Shanty plus the NVC had an issue with my email and I didn’t receive the welcome letter by email. They had to mail it to me and I received it yesterday 🥲 it took me exactly 5 weeks to receive it by mail😐

@. …. oh wow I’m sorry to hear that. On the NVC site I think there is away to add an extra email so please do that because each time they requesting something they will be sending a email .

In 2024 Same thing happened during my grandma application but less than a month they requested additional documents for her application…

it's just USCIS's new message change from "...being actively reviewed" to "...processing". I think, from now on, we will not get the message "..being actively reviewed" just "...processing".
