Lawfully grouped me 257/358 —> 8/18 & now 1/1. how accurate?
Vawa i360 was approved Dec 2024 & i485 was receivd May2025. None of my cases had RFE or interviews & I sent i693 with i485. I did biometrics Sept 2025 & case was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont since then.Lawfully grouped me 257-358 in March 2026 & then 8/18 since April started & now a week ago I became 1/1 . how long till I can expect approval ? I know these are just ball park predictions but anyone with similar experience can tell me if the ranking was accurate for them ?

@Sash8761 Rochester Lawfully dosent work for USCIS. It's a private corporation who uses some API data and some of its user data to predict timelines.

please don’t put too much hope on that because mine has been from 210 to 5 and has been that way for 3 years extra so don’t worry about all that

The Lawfully rankings are estimations and can fluctuate based on various factors. Approval timelines for an I-485 after a VAWA I-360 varies widely, but typical processing can take several months to over a year. Key factors influencing timelines include: - Caseload at the processing center (in your case, Vermont). - Any additional background checks or administrative processes. - Changes in immigration policy or priorities. Since your I-485 was received in May 2025 and you completed biometrics in September 2025, it's not uncommon for cases to take significant time beyond that. For the most accurate updates on your case status, regularly check the USCIS website or contact an immigration attorney for tailored advice. - Attorney Avalon Paul (All information shared here is for general educational purposes only.
