How soon are you to filing for citizenship? What's her status now? This answers would help you navigate the best decision to take for her But a qualified attorney is still necessary in her best interest and that of the baby

@D D I already filed in July 2024. it seems like my field office is taking a year to process citizenship applications she is on b1/2 tourist visa until April 2025
