K1 Visa at the NVC
I'm curious for all who have gone through the K1 Visa process with having the beneficiary from the Philippines. After getting approved by the USCIS, how long did it take for you to receive the welcome letter ? I see many others receiving welcome letters in a matter of days but their Visa category is different than the K1 Visa.
Thank you kindly in advance for your experience with receiving welcome letter timeframe after USCIS approval in advance

no not yet, waiting for that only, wondering from approval date how long does it takes to get welcome letter.?

if your doing a K1 Visa then you won't receive a welcome letter. your waiting for the NVC case number is what I found out in my research. they should send a update with your NVC case number but still waiting as it's been over the 60 days

yeah the NVC should send a email update every 60 days if the embessy where your beneficiary is from had a huge backlog then you'll get a couple 60 day updates. hopefully it only takes one 60 day update email saying you can upload your documents and pay the fees. then when that's done they will review in the order they were received. then send it to the embessy for the interview

okay thanks for this update and information, hopefully in next 30 days i get an update from NVC, i am beneficiary from India
