When do you think they will start working on end of 2022 cases if they are working on April 2022 (that’s what I heard that they’re reviewing April 2022).

they are mostly doing March 2022 now but started some April. so it will probably be about 6-10 months before they process a case filed at end of 2022. note that they don't seem to complete all the cases for a given month within 1 months. e.g. they are still doing some December to February now. also, fwiw, they said their goal is to get the Time down to 6 months by this October. but they have made little progress on that so far, apparently.
