Has this happened to anyone else? K-1 AOS here (I-485 + I-765). USCIS received our case April 3. Biometrics were scheduled April 17, and we completed them on May 8. Right after fingerprints, the case changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed.” Today, the I-485 changed again to “Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled.” Does that mean I have to do biometrics again or is it just a system error?

@Abraham Mora Reyes There was news that some people will redo biometrics under the new system they are using for background chec. This might just be it playing out

@Rocco Forté I don’t think that’s the case because my biometrics appointment was on May 8, and the new background check system started on April 27. So technically my fingerprints should already fall under the new system.
