Have a question how would you know if you got denied or approved? I filed my fiancé last year October 23 Case received to be with me in the United States we’ve been waiting 4 months Physically, We haven’t met so to the danger I haven’t got anything out of ordinary that we didn’t get proved We’ve been together for almost a year I’m From Las Vegas He’s from Chihuahua Mexico We desperately want to be together already this is his first time this is my first time And his first series Relationship supposedly 6 months arrives I’m very confused when does it arrive?

If i’m not mistaken, the fiancé process requires that you have proof of physical visits so you’d have to have records that would prove you have both met in person. The USCIS site mentions a look back period of 2 years.
I remember seeing that these visas take longer compared to those who go abroad and marry *then* file a petition (i-130 in that case, etc)
Check the basic filing information for the I-129F you filed, it will list the documents you needed to have sent.

If you have not reunited with your partner you cannot apply for a fiancé visa, the rules are clear, they must have been seen in the request two years after the application was sent

I haven't got anything that was denied if it was do to the danger you can explain that but I haven't got anything we was denied or needs more information . only received
