You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@DJ Rez no cant do that yet because its not out of the processing time its crazy but they have until march 2025 to answer me if not them i could do something

@fernando p 1. There are no laws preventing you to suing even within 1 month of applying. It does NOT have to be outside normal processing times! 2. USCIS times is internal, nothing to do with Federal laws! Where most laws stated within 6 month USCIS needs to make a decision. 3. All depends on your current suffering because of the pending case, and the quality of your case.
