Islamabad will clear it's backlog till September 2023 hopefully

case PD feb2017 usics approved : 31 Jan,2022 decision letter(case approval is reffirmed) and I-797 Notice of Action received by mail 8feb,2022 …. its now sep2022 just invoice id issued to lawyer via NVC Call that is 8-digits. by that status it is showing your case is returned to usics for administrative action/either thisnis not updated or what?

immi no it’s too much money time and effort to get my hubby to go there he will have to wait in pak. he told me a few times if he should go to dubai but it’s so far along in the case and not everyone gets a quick interview date some people case gets stuck!! I’d rather wait for him to get a date in Islamabad I’m sure backlog is clearing now InshaAllah

what's your hubby DQ? I am also waiting for interview in Islamabad but waiting time is getting longer and longer because Islamabad is working as Kabul as well

how can i transfer my case from nvc to back in usa?

NVC is already is USA. So you don't need to transfer your case to USA when it's in NVC 😝

but uscis and nvc is different department

yeah but both are in USA

my adjustment of status is with uscis and i130 after approval is with nvc

i got my work permit but i 485 is pending because i 130 is with nvs how can i request them to send back my case to uscis

it's better to consult with a lawyer about this or send inquiry to NVC maybe it works
