Just in case you want to try!
This was my strategy in case you want to do something to move forward, it worked for me. I did this after calling USCIS to find out how my case was going. I used the request tools, the one referring to exceeded processing time, but in reality my case was being processed within the time. What I did was, in the bar to specify the last action on the case, I put that the last action was that they received the medical docs 7 months ago, and then in the same space I explained my desperation and my situation. Two days later they responded by email that they have an excessive workload, and the next day I received approval. I said I had depression and that I couldn't take it anymore, and it's true. It was difficult to wait so long. I lost my dad, grandmother and uncle during this process. Thank God everything went well and they didn't interview me, now I'm just waiting for the GC, which from what I read there is a bit of a delay due to the volume of card production. Another thing, they approved me at NBC direct without transferring me to my local office, I know this because the same day before doing the erequest I called to find out if there was any update and they said that there were no changes in my case, and I asked if there was a possibility of being approved without being sent to my local office, and they answered me: YES, in some cases they do, mostly when an interview is not required as was my case, which means that even if they haven't transferred you it doesn't mean they can't approve you at any time. Just have faith and don't get tired of calling and making requests.

Did they ask you for your receipt number or case number? They say don’t contact them unti X date on some letters.

I submitted nov30th
got a biometrics scheduling Jan 10th and went to biometrics Jan31, Immediately after I-765 and I-485 went actively being reviewed. 14 days later got my EAD in hand and 12 days after that My I-130 and I-485 got approved, Interview was waived. 91 days in total, EAD took 76 days I think.

@long road yes I hope it is soon for you, I'm not sure why but I've noticed that new submissions been getting approved really fast. Goodluck on the journey, if your I 130 saying actively review check your partners profile under tab your approval may be there and then my approval for GC came the day after that, again Goodluck and if you need any questions answered I'll try my best to assist.
