how long you ago did you apply for vawa ?

how long have to wait for secondary inspection? Do they ask anything?

@Colorless Spring I say 20-30 minutes since it was busy yesterday there were a lot of people in the room . it would probably be less waiting time on less busy days. No they don’t ask for anything

@ colorless they only asked me these questions @jfk when I returned from my home country sometime ago where did you travel to? why? your final destination ? not an interview , but a kind of friendly chat .

I traveled 3 times on 2022 no problem at all last time I stayed 2 months and 10 days no problems too

hello were you an overstay? I have AP but can't use it because my lawyer said I am an overstay so they won't let me in.

@mikky O 😂😂😂 welcome back! quick question please, I got my AP from my i130 and filed VAWA afterwards. can I travel on that or so I need to get a new AP? my i485 was held in Abeyance Incase my ex decides to withdraw the application and it’s still pending. alongside the i130

i overstayed for many years. is it safe to travel with AP while my i360 and i485 is still pending?
