@Kobbs G • If you're feeling unsure, like I am, I highly recommend hiring a lawyer. After everything, you definitely want to avoid any missteps. On the other hand there’s lot of “Do it yourself” around, but I do not do advertising or suggestions about something I wouldn’t do. • I don’t know about attorneys nor their fees. • For Nov 2023, being hopefull we migh be able to file on Oct 2025., and if we are pessimist on 2026.

@Kar NIW i140-Nov 2023’ I just received a copy of my approval notice in mail, did you receive any email of your approval notice? I also realized ETA Case Number is not Available, why is it so?

@Kobbs G yes I got my Approval notice copy, the original will arrive at my lawyers office. • When an ETA case number is marked "N/A" on an application submitted to USCIS, it means the application is not subject to the PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) process, and therefore, no ETA case number is required.
