warning long story almost 8 years years, I started this journey since then I've been on lawfully, some days I deleted the apps and hate everyone that got approved, someday I redownload it,love everyone and congratulated them some of My Story: i130 and i485 PD is feb 2019 West Palm Beach Field Office. first interview was in December 202 July 2024 I130 got approved on spot but received I601 waiver RFE for i485 .i became inadmissible because in a visa interview 10 years ago,I said i didn't have relatives in the US but I do. I really do but I didn't know them ,no contact,no address,I knew they were alive (dad, sisters) but how do I name them if I don't know them? we got no response at all and waited years then received Rfe for i601 but got denied, so all cases got denied for lack of evidence. I reapplied with new i601 But this time I filed two I-601 applications: one for TPS(Haiti)and one for adjustment of status. Both were approved; however, due to the carelessness of the officer handling my applications, a note was added to the adjustment of status waiver indicating that the waivers were duplicates for TPS. I still wonder why he didn't return one application along with the check if he believed both waivers were for TPS, especially since he cashed both checks. I had to reapply for i601 again. The new officer reviewed my case. Instead of denying my I-485 due to , which would have been devastating, she advised my lawyer to submit a new I-601 because the error made by the previous officer cannot be fixed unless I reapply. After month ago, I received a request for evidence regarding the I-601 related to my adjustment of status. While I am in the process of gathering documents to send for the new waivers to USCIS, I received two additional requests for evidence yesterday, system showed that I am on government assistance ,I have to prove why Which is a big L I E The other is proof of entry. My lawyer sent everything . I wait a few months. While waiting my husband and I lost our job We spent 3 months with no jobs,we have kids, mortgage!bills etc .. only God knows how we survived. While suffering at the beginning of 2025 I lost 7 family,my USCIS dad that finally reached out to me when he realized I made it without him,uncle, grandma, aunt, cousin And almost lost my daughter due chocking in school. Since then I did 1 interview, 11 RFES, 3NOID,4 i485s denied ,3 i601 denied. hummmmm whatever I did wrong I paid very hard for it

praying for everyone who is going through something right now. it will be worth it in the end. I’m not the strongest person but I have a big fight in me. praying for my approval and everybody else’s

@m m I promise you it will happen you know I was mentioning to my fam I was like Jesus I feel so guilty because I don’t know these ppl but we feel like a family friends even and I feel like am leaving them I pray we all get it before the week is out

7days post interview still waiting for that notification, the wait will be worth it 👌

1 month after my interview no approval but I recently traveled on my advance parole so I don’t really feel that stress. I saw my kids that brings joy to me after 3years
