I don’t want to ruin your hope. But I also don’t want you to have a false sense of hope. As of January 1st, the California Service Center is currently processing petitions they received in March 2021. So I’d say look forward to March or April for an approval response.

well I’m at the same service center and they are just doing early March. mine is April 6 and still waiting

Gabi stubbs. you’re actually wrong here, if u check on their official website you’d see they’re processing a case received around April 30

mercy E, I really hope your right but no one on here, that I have seen, has confirmed anything past early March as of Jan 2nd. I’m April 6th for an I129 and they haven’t gotten to us yet.

yes if you go on visajourney.com you can check out latest processing dates for common forms and scroll down and see I-130 for CR1/IR1, CSC (California service center) are currently processing petitions with a PD at June 22nd 2021
