June 2024 filing and still no biometrics request
I’ve had no previous filings where USCIS would have had my biometrics already so I’m wondering why it’s taking so long for my biometrics request. I received Prima Facie fairly quickly and we are at the average processing time for EAD’s at Vermont, although my EAD is filed C9, I’m still worried about the new administration. my lawyer submitted an inquiry in Dec. and they’ve generically acknowledged his request but still no movement.

@Sandy Migrated early for biometrics? I haven’t seen a single case from 2024 where it has taken longer than 5 months the very latest for biometrics
