the processing time for Potomac is 16 months .. but you should expect something after you hit 1 year

it says to me that my estimated processing time for case decision is 3 weeks and even my attorney looked at it and agreed to it

not yet, still waiting for I-130 approval

@Saba T so my brother in law just got his wife I-130 approved 6 days ago and 2 days ago he received the nvc welcome letter.. there I-130 went to actively reviewed for the first time on June 2022 and then he requested an expedite for the process back on FEb/2023 and after 2 weeks he received RFE request for pona fide marriage.. he sent it 10 days ago and the status changed to RFE received for 2 days then it updated to the 2nd actively reviewed and we found the approval under the document tab

@roro April 2022 My attorney is actually taking care of the case for me so I didn’t do it online and I was told to wait it out till the approval comes. Then after the approval I’m supposed to call the attorney to get the interview appointment soon.
