@Jasmine Rahman no I did not I just saw it in the app. but not on the website. I’ve provide all my evidence that I should have submitted since 2023. when I get the letter I will know. maybe it’s only one thing missing but not a lot missing

@Ivan b I’ve received 4 prima facia. 4th one expires June 2026. received work permit February 2024 and I did not seek alyssum .

Have you received any rfe since filing? That you responded to or missed responding to 3. was there an inadmissibility issues before filing.

@faith faith it’s nothing to panic about it’s just to give them what they want, no I haven’t received an rfe before. I’ve missed a notice but it was a please , it was sent by email to lawyers office. I’ve submitted military restraining order police report letters from family about abuse good moral character declaration and my daughter birth certificate marriage certificate and my old cases from my marriage that my husband had withdrawn background check from places I’ve live in the past 5 years

if you file everything already then go back and look at what you filed and find out if there’s anything not matching or missing or any errors because obviously this mean they are going to deny your case because of one thing or several things

@J k I can’t see the notice. I just saw the status. I click on the case and scroll to my case analysis and it shows your the status and the office your application is being processed

@green card I didn’t submit medical so maybe it’s medical. I won’t get a denial. I have to wait and see what they need. whenever I received the notices I’ll let yk what they asked for

hard to say without knowing so if you have a lawyer call it or find one and ask them

i believe that maybe it just an error because you filled 2023 still too early for decision

If you was missing something they would issue a RFE. This is then giving you a final warning that they’re going to reject your case.

@Jasmine Rahman your giving an negative impression. stop telling me that. if they were going to do that it would have said denied. And I did tell you I have not received an rfe. Everyone case is different. Your not USCIS. I don’t know what’s on the letter nor you don’t. until I receive that letter I will know. Thank you

@KHADIJA S yes that’s good you’re not panicking, it will be okay. you said you missed a notice so more than likely it’s because of that why they issued a NOID. Just be very vigilant and respond adequately to this mail. seriously make sure to respond properly. all the best Gods speed!!

@faith faith the notice was a PF from December 2025 that’s expired in June of this year
