Hi, any new approval for EB1C India with PD July2022 or later post Jan2026 bulletin release. Especially if cases transferred to NBC.

@pr g - I have subscription and see that cases are resolved/decision taken between 200 to 430 days days for cases of similar nature based on the service center. Analysis doesn’t help but only patience 😁… best of luck to all

EB1 final action date moved in Dec 2025 (minor) and Jan 2026 (major). So there shouldn't be a lot of history like waiting for 200-400 days.
@pr g , are you referring to some other EB category here?
it's possible we need to wait 6 months for RFEs/Approvals. Surely there isn't relevant data/history more than 2-3 months. Many ppl are saying 3 months wait period is normal.

@M Naray yes one of my friends eb1c India Aug 2022 got his card in hand last week. that too after getting rfe for medical in Dec 2025.
