Decided to contact an agent to see if there was any update on my case since I received that”we have taken an action” email yesterday 😂

whenever you call uscis you are talking to an agent but they are only seeing the same thing that you are seeing online

that might be glitch . it happened to me also I got same emails. if u check documents and there is nothing there then it was a glitch from their website.
