@ Evene, keep calling them and you will get someone who will listen to you. No one deserves to lose his or her job due to someone negligence.

i didnt lose it they put me on a suspention for a month but i file from 8 months now. so am praying that today is the day they will approve it and send it to me.

I kept on calling until I was able to speak with someone with who has empathy and she sent my request and it was approved two days after. Lol

everyone on a call can submit a request but it’s really up to the upper tier officer if he/she will approve it or not

when ever i called them its always the machine. i even send them a mail through a lawyer. if i could get it now to take in to my Job will be great. congratulations.

even if you put in an expedite request it took me longer than that to get it approved and now they have 30 days to send the card --although this part usually is faster I'm at the mercy of holidays... I have until Dec 31 to produce a card or I lose my job and put in the expedite request 2 months ago (my second ead was filed in March). The fact the request was approved was lucky, most are denied (you have very few criteria on what will be approved).
