Jesus , when will they approve it ?
I can’t believe it’s taking this long . I sent in expedited request they denied it . We were both in a accident . My husband has no movement in his right arm .

I am sorry to hear about what happened to you and your husband. I hope you guys are well and getting better. As for your case, unfortunately you are still in normal processing time. 202/30 = 6.73 months, and it says on the USCIS that it takes around 10.5 months to 14 months for a I-130 to get approved. You could try calling them and see if there was any way someone could help you, but for now, besides that, all you can do is wait. I am sorry.

Thank you so much . I may call today because we should have got expexidited . I had 24 therapy sessions and my husband had a brain injury . He is better no but this makes no sense . I’m going reach out them today .

it’s gonna be a while till you hear anything Jessica am soo sorry to hear you guys are going through this health problems. most of us have been waiting since 2020. just keep you head up and wait you got the 👌🏿 get well soon love you guys!!!

Thank you . we have been through hell . the issue are people are getting approved before us . One person was 2 months and other have been 2021 .

I’m about to go file a complaint today . They refused it due to not getting the paperwork . I sent it many times .
