Currently even Traveling domestically is not safe. Read about what TSA is doing now. People are being stopped at the boarding gate after clearing security safely.

I don’t know why people wants to take the risk and put there Ass in trouble for reasons or for fun…! I do see this question being asked fewer time , can’t you guys use common sense seeing administration…! these are the people who get deported for there own reasons honestly

I’ve been using vawa AP in traveling out the country for the past 5years and I’ve been to my home country twice already. one thing my lawyer always tells me is, take your fingerprints with FBI and if it clears then you good. I always do that anytime I’m traveling outside the country. two days before I travel. @Laka k it’s hard during this times with these administration but if it’s not that important please don’t take the risk. we love you and we all in this together. @Leo B is there a fast way to get it right before the travel date? how you get it quick?

@Ivan b, go to the post office where fingerprints is taken, you might receive it the same day in your email or the next day.

@Aug filler 2022 I’m sure when you ask a question nobody jump down your throat or be rude to you ! it’s a simple question I know people that travel with vawa that overstayed and there’s no problem then just ask for the address and do fingerprints that’s it everybody case is different I went in the room last year for literally 5 mins when travelled last year there was slot people there and left before all of them ! I don’t have a deportation order I’ve never committed a crime!

@Launica one I know tsa is sending information to ice office and they automatically pick up people with a deportation order that’s what happen to that’s college girl the other day… however I don’t have a deportation order I’ve checked and I’ve been following a lot of lawyers I’ve read a lot articles I’ve never heard of they targeting someone with a pending vawa not saying they can’t ! I mostly see them targeting tps and some asylum cases, people with deportation and they don’t even know they have a deportation order! I’m traveling for humanitarian reasons my uncle just past I have the death certificate and everything

@Leo B yes I understand I know someone personally that’s travelled in August under the new administration with no issues through jfk that’s also where I travelled last year my uncle died since recently and I’m attending the funeral the ap did say humanitarian reasons and that’s a humanitarian reason

I’ve traveled twice this year and no issues with my advance parole the second time my VAWA was approved no question about my immigration process. The only reason I don’t for Christmas is because the tickets are on the pricey side. Not saying you’re to travel but if it’s me I would definitely go to my uncle funeral.

@fully anointed my cousin is a immigration office so I asked him he said it’s safe as long as my ap is not expired and the only changes is that now I would have to get fingerprints along side the stamp in the passport

@Ivan b just google “fbi fingerprints centers near me” and u should receive couple. They will tell u it usually gonna take 72hrs but every time i get it done, it takes less than that and results comes straight in your email. also check your A-number on EOIR website.

ap is for traveling outside of the country you’re traveling state to state bring your notices with you while you travel you should be fine
