@Neesh Girl yes applied i751 jointly with 90 days rule I submitted below documents for i751 lease on both name medical insurance on both name both’s state IDs on same address

@hong tran they didn’t ask many questions.Just couple of questions. They have expertise of identifying legit vs fraudulent cases .We weren’t stressed at all as we just decided to be straight to immigration officer as they already have all the information.Immigration officer was just so friendly.she was straight to the point and she was smiling all the time during interview.Don’t worry at all if you have legit application.

@hong tran we didn’t even prepare for I-751 interview.we just decided to answer everything truthfully.Honesty is the best policy here .

I got an interview of N400 too. they told me they interview to remove green card condition first and then they will interview N400. they asked my husband and I and then they said " now I will interview N400" , after officer asked all question in N400 and we just realize I applied too early of N400 🤓. I have to wait until enough time. I just confuse how's about my green card because I didn't see any update of that. I thought I got an interview the end of May too 🥺

what were you using for proof of legal status / residence when your conditional GC expired but before you got approved?

@Ja R I used the letter of extension of 48 months with expired green card for work and travel

@American Dream I'm from Dallas TX. I'm one of the earlier i751 among current filers. I file i751 on February 15 2019. still pending... I filed n400 on February 2022
