congrats! so you had interview in 10/25 and filed WOM in 12/25. many people say 60 days after the interview, it’s still in the normal process, right? so what was the reason for wom?

@find eb technically, I could file the WoM the moment it’s current cuase my 485 been waiting for more than 2 years. I just waited out and eventually ran out of patience in 12/25 😅. The reason was delaying for no reason.

@Appa Appa mình cũng ko đợi nổi nen đã nghỉ làm và moved đi ban khác trước phỏng vấn 3 tháng. và lúc đó mình nghĩ là có thẻ xanh thì tốt, ko có cũng ko sao. công sức tiền bạc bỏ mình cũng tiếc, mà mình ko muốn bị mental health:)). chờ đợi của bạn dc paid off. congratulations again.

Mình biết có ng VN làm vậy năm ngoái, PD 06/21 vừa current là làm WoM luôn, xong uscis kêu đi pv xong tháng 9 năm ngoái có thẻ. bạn đó PD current sau mình mà có thẻ trước mình 6 tháng 😂😂 Nếu case của bạn straight forward b làm liền đi cho đỡ tốn thời gian. Mình ko làm liền tại lúc PD mình current là mình chưa đi làm cho sponsor

@Appa Appa bạn sẵn cho mình hỏi là trước khi file WoM, bạn có làm các bước khác như e-request uscis, contact congressman để thu thập bằng chứng rồi nộp cho Hacking laws attorney không?

mình từng phỏng vấn vào 2023, và làm cho sponsor cũng được hơn 1 năm. Case mình pending từ 2023 tới giờ nên là muốn hỏi bạn nếu mình có thể file luôn WoM right away after getting current mà không phải làm mấy bước kia trước.

update: ý mình muốn hỏi là mình có phải làm theo thứ tự các bước e-request, contact congress man trước khi quyết định file WoM?

Hỏi AI thì nó nói mình phải đợi current rồi làm mấy bước đó, xong rồi đợi lâu quá thì mới file WoM được. Mình thì muốn file WoM right away khi mà current luôn nhưng có điều ko có nhiều bằng chứng đã nhiều lần attempts to contact uscis

@Appa Appa i have a friend who had the interview back in December, 2025, but get no update till now. i told her to file the lawsuit, but she scare because chatgpt said she should wait for 120 days after the interview.

làm factory là lúc nào cũng bị bắt làm rất nhiều overtime nha. Mình hối hận khi chọn job này, biết vậy làm fastfood đỡ hơn mặc dù ít tiền hơn
