processing time is up to 50 months. I already sent a request to Congressman at my county, but they said they couldn’t do anything to help.

whats service center is 50 months? i was California center but now local field office and its 37 months Pd is also june 2020 but no movement at all

be patient your day will come soon mine took 1703 days i applied dec 2018 and i got approved today, i used to submit inquiry every month sometimes it used not to let me submit the inquiry but i was patiense officer showed me the last inquiry I submitted, so they work sometimes

did you have any pending cases with EOIR immigration court?

same boat.I filed I-130 sep 2020,when for interview sep 2 2021.since then nothing heard from this people.terrible

@kasim Raman my interview was on June 2021. Offcier told me to wait 120 days, and it turned out I have been waiting for almost 2 years.

you should take a action with writ of mandamus against uscis. if you do this they have to take a action within 30-90 days.
