My has been approved since May 4th waiting for NVC stage now. Same case, Same month and the year.

if you have not filed your 485 and your priority date is current you can go ahead and file your For 485 even though that 130 is not a problem yet!

even if your eye 130 is not approved yet as long as your priority date is current you can file your 485

isn't i485 for those present in the US. most of these applicants are outside the us
