@lili rose did you have separate applications of I-485 and I-765 for your daughter? If so, you should have receipt notices for each application

u have to file i485 and i765 for her. she just listed as a derivative so she's eligible to AOS

I filed for vawa and my son documents was denied, this year they asked for evidence and I included my son evidence too- to the glory of God my vawa was approved with my son name included. I was planning to re submit the forms when I received another letter which states that his 485 form was free so I didn't pay for it.
