Hi has anyone gotten a message like this before? I filed a writ of mandamus 45 days ago and got his message yesterday after waiting for 4 years

what do you think it could be ?
it was a NOID concerning my previous marriage from 7 years ago and the inconsistency from our previous interview. I didn’t get a green card from this marriage but my former attorney didn’t withdraw my case as requested so that brought up concern. The problem now is I don’t have enough from from my previous marriage. I have an appointment with my attorney on Monday. anyone went through similar ?

It is a Notice of Intent to Deny unless you provide additional evidence. Ensure that you provide the information requested with the time line

i got it before check my post, just atart gathering all evidence u get , tax, pics , insurance, affidavit from family and friends, joint lease ,, whatever u have and you will be good @N M St.John

@lulu 369 Thank you so much . we have two beautiful kids and just bought a house. I find it so funny they are sending me a NOID after I have waited for more than 4 years and had to file a writ of mandamus

I'll advise that you lawyer up.
I've been there, handled the RFE on my own but it costed me a denial and 4 years setback.

@Gee Mac Thank you. I have an immigration lawyer already. we are just waiting on the notice itself to be sure what it is and how to proceed
