I requested the upgrade from F2A to IR1 on May 29 through Emma and was told to wait 30 days. I didn’t receive any confirmation number, but I trusted it had been submitted. After 29 days, I contacted them again and found out the request was never submitted. I had to submit it again on June 26, and this time I got a reference number. So I basically waited 30 days for nothing. Still waiting to hear back after the second request

@Agatha C we submitted it via mail and on evidence portal online. I'm sure it was delivered, but not sure what happened after that. I'm now wondering what I should do.

@Bhavesh Roopram If anything, you can contact Emma via chat and ask if there’s an upgrade request on file. If there isn’t, since you’ve already uploaded the certificate to your account, you can go ahead and request the upgrade through Emma directly
