is my i485 still open
my i485 open ?
My i485 was denied in December 2022 due to no show and I was at the hospital during the time . When I was discharged I sent USCiS the paperwork from the hospital and I noticed my case status changed from deny to we received your correspondence. Months later I sent the medical report and my vawa receipt number and my case status changed to same we receive your correspondence and we reviewing it.
Now I just filed my work EAD and advance parole in october but I received receipts number saying if they need my biometric I will be notified.. Does that mean my i485 is still open?

sounds pretty like that to me everything is gonna be ok. as long as you send your prove and so on.

yes it have to be open otherwise they wouldn’t accept your EAD/AP since those form are depending on a Pending AOS

@F A since I submitted the first evidences in December 2022 so it changed from denied to we received ur correspondence
