is my case on the faster side or slower side?
my priority date wad 12/21/2022 and I-140
application was filed on January 16, 2022.
And here, it's not in the selection box, but I was a professional, EB3-1, not a skilled worker session.

I checked the documents and the date was not correct. What is posted now is correct. I apologize for the confusion:)

I think my case took too long. One reason I can think of is that my wife, son and I were going through the process at the same time. Could this have contributed to the delay?

I got this mail from lawyer-
Unfortunately, it came to our attention that your I-485 green card application was approved by USCIS in error...
The visa availability date for EB-3 is 12/01/2021 in August 2024. However, your priority date is 01/12/2022, about 1.5 months later. - I am very frustrated, are there
a lot of cases like this?
