is it worth it ?
Hey guys,
My husband applied for me on July 13 2022 for the I130 petition for spouse. Until today we have not got the approval. Is it worth it to apply for the I29F - K3 at this point.

it is taking 12-13 months so you’re still in the normal processing time. if you change it now it will take much longer so keep waiting
