Is it risky if I use EAD?
Hi everyone, my case is waiting for i485 as f2a ( my father's sponsor for me). I am over 21 now. I am staying in the US as a change of status B2 to F1 (approved in April 2023) I had my EAD approval on February 7, 2024 My father opened my case in May 2023 when I was almost 21 ( in October 2023) Approval I130 in February 15 2024 Now I am waiting for I485 I wonder that should I use my EAD now? Because I see it will expired in 5 years. Can you give me advice for this I hope to work to pay for my tuition. Thank you for helping me.#i485 #f2a
