is it really risky to travel using using travel documents?
I have heard that’s it’s not granteed that you renter the states when using the travel document. is it really risky? have any one failed to enter recently?

it’s only risky when u have a criminal case, when u are denied while away. but any other thing u are free. well I’m traveling with it this weekend and I will be back in a month

not at all, unless one has a criminal record or stayed earlier illegally.

@ rosy. no lawyer will tell u it’s guaranteed. it’s written on the card that it’s not guaranteed. and the reason is for those who has a criminal record. has a problem with the system, stayed too long or been denied while outside. I have an immigration friend and that was the update she gave to me. people use it. She said the only case she face been denied entry back was a green card holder that went to his country to marry another wife without the consent of his wife here. I know if someone who has been using AP since 2020 to travel. so to me, it’s ok when u have a concrete reason and no criminal record.
