@find eb - buy? so the work we are doing is for what? if you did something like that, keep it to yourself. we yave not bought anything. we have been working full time with complete sincerity from the start.

@sharmeen moona don’t be so easy to get triggered. If you are the client of agencies like bdv, you bought the offer. You bought the offer from bdv! I doubt you had any interview for the offer.

@find eb lemme educate you just a little! You hire an agency which helps fill the gap between potential employers who are willing to sponsor and foreign workers! Its not buying, it hiring them to work for a mutual interest of all parties! You hire an attorney to work and file your cases you dont buy them! I hope it helps! And in your case specific you might have bought it!

@find eb its not about getting triggered. You can't say anything smart enough that will trigger me. You don't need to push your narrative on people and post such things coz its due to people like you spreading such news that uscis has doubts about agencies we like bdv and we are the ones suffering. If you hate it so much why use it? You need to educate yourself as to how recruiting agencies work.

@sharmeen moona who knows how the agencies work? you know? But no one can deny that applicants just need to shop at their websites and pay for the offers. No offers require the job interviews. Maybe you should educate yourself how to be honest and learn the common sense first

@find eb I don’t agree with you on this one. No one is buying anything. EB3 is a whole lengthy process which consist of PWD (6-8 months) Perm(14+ months) I-140 and I-485. applicant goes through this whole legal process just to be eligible to get GC and work. there are a lot of recruiting agencies skilled and unskilled both which only connects you with the employer that’s it.

@sam young the only reason why they hire you is because you pay $20k-30k for the offer. That’s it. It’s the only thing that matters in this whole process. let’s be honest about it.
