@Ivan b it’s called Final Determination Lattr it would be mentioned on you DHS letter once you get it from CBP and when you get that letter you need to go to us consulate by taking an appointment they will verify your documents and From there they will give You FDL that is most Final Determination Letter approval to board the flight

And with that FDL letter, was there any difference when you arrived back in the U.S., or is your immigration case still pending as usual? @Ivan b it’s red flag to vawa cases and one by one they are clearing if person is not involve in terrorit activity criminal case and yes I received DHS letter from CBP via email for that process you need to tell your lawyer to help until and unless you won’t have that 2 letters you will denied boarding everyone and if you were denied 2 times boarding and 3rs time you will you book tickets and still they denied without letters they will disgard your cas from uscis

@Ivan b its been from February so many of us were not getting boarding pass i dont know the reason yet but it seems now if want to get back to US they need FDL letter from DHS but that is only for boarding paas it seems we still have to go for secondary inspection that will be so hard as time passes

@PD MD i have no idea actually i am stuck in india from 6 months as well everyone is posting about it but when asking for lawyer’s contact details no one is actually responding well i have no idea what motive they have if you want to help anyone just help them with main issue we cannot do anything from india if we dont have any good lawyer!
