Is anyone still waiting for I-130 from July 2021?
My file is in Chicago Field office, tried doing every possible thing to move the file using Senator, Lawyer etc but not helpful. Do you guys think Mandamus lawsuit would be effective?

yes if you’ve exhausted all other options. when there’s a lawsuit they’re obligated to look into your case and hopefully they’ll reach a decision soon. best of luck!

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
