sighs smh 590 days and counting. multiple expedites. The last expedite was through congress in April of this year and still nothing. I keep getting the exact same response from them about workload factors. 1st filed April 25, 2022

Yes we filed concurrently for my husband case 12/9/22. He has yet to receive the EAD or Advance Parole. We also submitted an inquiry and received a general response from USCIS stating due to caseload factors. Recently we submitted a request with the congressman but have not heard back from them.

I would have filed a new EAD application if I were you, New applications seem to move faster.

mines was approved a year ago I’m only waiting for the I-485 nothing has been done and I did file concurrently no interview or nothing all this is just stressing depressing I did an inquiry request sense November 20th and no response yet 😣

I applied for my EAD on 11/23, got approved on 11/24 and mailed to me on 12/06.

@Danielle I got a reply to my service request and congregational request, but both replies were just like auto reply. I don’t understand why other people who filed this year are getting approved so fast.

@Norma A Jimenez You already have EAD then you can work and travel ( if it’s combo card). It’s hard that I can’t work over a year.

@Tina C yes they keep sending the same auto replies and could care less to actually look at the case. I am in the process of submitting a new EAD & AP application because this is ridiculous. nobody should have to wait 2 years or more just to be able to work in this country.

@Tina C Yes, that’s my last option and I went with it. Because I seriously think they messed up a lot of the old appliancations and just failing to admit it

@N RL🇯🇲🇯🇲 I didn’t know we can do that. I’ll talk to my lawyer. USCIS really messed up with old cases and just keeps ignoring them. I’m thinking to file mandamus lawsuit.

Hi there, my EAD was approved just a month ago, after 13 months. But only thanks to the help of my senator (Rick Scott) because if not I was probably still waiting. And they still haven’t approved my travel permit

@Lau L Congrats!!! I’m happy for you!! 🥳 It sucks that they didn’t approve your travel permit at the same time, but you can finally start to work! How long did it take after senators request?

@Tina C Thank you!😊 I have reached out to my senator in the end of October and he answered me the next day that he sent the request to Uscis, than it took 10 days to receive the approval. I hope you also get good news soon. 🙏🏼

@Lau L Really! I actually reached out to my senator right after thanksgiving and they sent a request to USCIS next day too. Nothing has happened so far. So annoying.

@jhoe . Are you sick in the head or something?? Reading is fundamental before attacking people. Common sense would allow you to see the dates these messages were sent vs when my EAD actually got approved.

@jhoe . Pay attention!! How about going to my profile at least and get yourself some insight. I applied since April 25, 2022. I applied for VAWA November 28, 2022 and still never received an EAD. I contacted the congressman for help and he did April 2023 and still nothing until November 2023 he requested they transfer my case to Vermont. So the 23 days you see is only after it was transferred from NBC to Vermont. Instead of jumping on here and jumping to conclusions it is best to ask questions. None of use are on here to make enemies or accommodate them. We don’t know each other and you don’t know half the BS I have been through.
