IR1/CR1 - Case Was Sent To The Department Of State

Case Approved 20 Nov and today 23 Nov I got this message "Case Was Sent To The Department Of State" on the APP and in the USCIS Online Account. So now I should be expecting the NVC Letter soon maybe this week or next week based on what was shared on this community correct?
