@Arafat Hasan Pinku after approval, your case is send to the NVC (National Visa Center) and they will make a profile where you apply for the visa and summit some required documents, after they approve those steps. you wait for an interview in your country consulate. all that assuming you’re out of the states.

maybe next month you will received approval, cause me my PD was August 7,2023 then received my Notice of approval just october 17,2024.

the 'case is being actively reviewed' status early on after applying doesn't mean someone's actually checking your application. Sometimes it just means it was moved to a different service center. If you see this status update from NOW onwards, then you can log in and check the documents tab to find an approval doc. For what it's worth, it's taking 14.5 months right now. You filed in october 2023. They are approving mid-August 2023 petitions right now. You still have some time to wait... Maybe early January 2025.
