yes last year in October

yes atlanta and yes I have a case. I have been living in the use for 12 years already …. so they got enough evidence on me than most applicants so I don’t know why they take so long.

I got my EAD in 7 Months after filing

some of them filed after me in Atlantaboffice got their interview

so seems like luck matters a lot

I heard so much about the interview Wavier is it possible in our cases?

I'm worried why because one of my friend applied in same filed office in July 2021 and he got interview date? case is same like mine

I don’t think so . Marriage based will never get waiver .

@NT NT some martiage cases have been waived so you never know

I know a couple of people who filed last year Oct Nov Dec who got waived under martiage less than 1 year married

no I didn’t get an interview still waiting they send me a second extension of 24 months I got a 2 years so I did file I 751 did the finger send in documents that they ask for and still waiting for interview

yes I had my interview and the officer was very cooperative and very very nice person.

I applied for GC last year on 15th March 2021. got my GC on 24th May.

interview was very simple nothing specific asked other than my wife family and siblings that’s all .

how many day until your interview date

I did my interview on 24th May and in the interview the Officer told me that I’m approved and I got my Card today .

after interview I got my card in 9 days including the holiday for Memorial Day and weekends too

so technically after interview they took 7 days for delivering my card that I got in my hand

how long they took time for your interview?

sorry to ask you so many questions NT Actually I’m also living Georgia Alpharetta and I m waiting from April 15 and still nothing

my POD was 15th March 2021 and my interview was on 24th May 2022 .Saying that it took almost 14th months
