IOE approvals ??
I submitted my I-130 in August 21 online and in October submitted the rest of my AOS package , did my biometrics on 12/09 but have had no update since then . anyone had an IOE approved recently? my online submission is in Nebraska and the rest is at NBC service center

Hi I never heard back from them since Jan 2020 until I got my interview on 10/30/21, I know the new cases are taking less time, be patience

I did my bio metrics on 10/19 and got my permit on 01/20 it will come, everything is slow do to the holidays and the pandemic

I just got the update that my interview is scheduled. I filed a case before in June that one got lost so we refiled in September! Had biometrics 10/15. My EAD hasn’t updated yet. But I put in an expedite request for it but then I’ve just gotten the update on my 485

Submitted on January 25, 2021.
Received EAD in July through an expedited process.
Received GC in November.
